How Quickly We Forget

My colleague mentioned Quickly (the “new generation Asian fusion cafe”) during a staff meeting today and I couldn’t get the thought of those chewy tapioca bubbles out of my head for the rest of the day.

So we stopped by after school and loaded up on sugar for the kids and caffeine and tapioca for me. I forgot how much I love those drinks. Too bad my texturally-averse kids couldn’t handle the the bubbles. But mama likes it!
